Below is a list of items we may need to process your application in a timely manner:

• Most recent paystubs (covering the last 30 days)
• Employment history for the last 2 years
• Most recent 2 years Personal and Business Tax Returns (if applicable) & W-2’s
• Bank statements for the last 60 days (all pages) for all deposit accounts (checking and savings)
• Most current statement for investments accounts (all pages) (401K’s, retirement, stocks, bonds, etc…)  Must cover at least 60 days.
• Copy of current driver’s license
